- Lock your arms!
- Don't undercut. Make your backhandspring long, but not so long that it looks flat
- When your hands touch the floor, push off hard to get lots of power.
- Snap your legs down quickly and try to get faster everytime!
- Don't let your mental block scare you, you can do it!
- Keep your legs straight and together
- Push off your legs
- Make sure your knees don't go over your toes while sitting back
