This is how I got my needle! I did these everyday!
1. Wall Splits. Once you get falt on the wall, climb up the wall to get more of a stretch!
2. Oversplits. Take a thick book and put your leg on top of it to go down into the splits even further!
3. Backbends! Do these over and over! Try doing a backbend on your elbows and making your legs straight!
4. When you do your scorpion/needle, do it against a wall to hold it longer, and get more of a stretch.
5. Go into your splits and reach back as far as possible! (This hurts!)
